The Practice is a long-weekend retreat designed to bring you back into your body through intentional movement, mindful play, and deep restoration. Set in a beautiful, grounding environment, this retreat blends the joy and discipline of tennis with nourishing wellness practices to help you reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and cultivate presence—on and off the court.

Each day will include a mix of tennis sessions focused on skill, flow, and fun, alongside mat Pilates, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and sound healing. This is not about performance or perfection—it’s about showing up, staying curious, and rediscovering what it feels like to truly be in the moment.

You’ll have space to move your body, calm your mind, connect with like-minded women, and enjoy unstructured time for rest, reflection, and optional add-on experiences. Whether you’re an experienced tennis player or simply looking to try something new, The Practice invites you to meet yourself where you are and practice being present—again and again.

SATURDAY – STRENGTH & REGULATION

10:30 AM–11:30 PM – Tennis: Skills & Drills
• Technique, movement patterns, confidence-building

1:30 PM – Lunch

3:00–6:00 PM – Tennis Play & Liveball
• Group A: 1.5 hrs
• Group B: 1.5 hrs

6:30 PM – Breathwork Journey
• Regulation, release, emotional reset

7:30 PM – Dinner
