Mental Health & Wellness on College Campuses
When I was in college, I struggled with my mental health and often felt like I had to navigate it alone. Now, as a therapist, it’s my mission to make mental health support more accessible and to help normalize therapy on college campuses. We’re living in a time of so much change, and students deserve tools to understand themselves, regulate their nervous systems, and build resilience so they can truly thrive, not just survive.
What I Offer
All offerings are designed to be engaging, evidence-informed, and tailored to meet students where they are — blending movement, mindfulness, and psychology to support real-life mental health and emotional resilience.
-
Guided movement, breathwork, and meditation sessions designed to help students release stress, reconnect to their bodies, and build sustainable tools for emotional regulation and focus.
-
Psychoeducation and experiential practices rooted in neuroscience and polyvagal theory to help students understand their stress responses, manage anxiety, and build nervous system flexibility.
-
Tools to help students manage overwhelm, performance pressure, and burnout while building sustainable habits for mental and emotional wellbeing.
-
Tailored wellness experiences designed specifically for sorority chapters to support sisterhood, mental health, and emotional resilience. Packages can be customized to focus on stress and burnout, body image, self-worth, nervous system regulation, communication and conflict, healthy relationships, and navigating academic and social pressures. Ideal for chapter retreats, new member education, leadership development, philanthropy events, and sisterhood programming — creating space for deeper connection, confidence, and collective wellbeing.
